About the Position: These positions are under the supervision of the Combat Service and Combat Services Support Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Directorate. Serve as a lead Provisioner for a complex weapon system.
Develop contracting scopes of work.
Identify, select, provision code, determine initial requirements, and catalogue items to be procured or supported through the product life cycle.
Participate in the development of integrated logistics support plans, which address all the principal elements of support for the total systems life cycle.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes chairing provisioning conferences to determine initial provisioning requirements for new acquisition programs and to support legacy systems in sustainment; utilizing Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to build Provisioning Bills of Material, and maintain Army Unique Data; interprets Logistics Support Analyses, provisioning and cataloging codes, military regulations, industry and government standards and specifications; developing, directing, or executing the provisioning related scope of work; and responding to organizational taskers, or program office requests. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
