This position is located in the Office of Human Resource Services, Human Capital Programs Division. The position serves as the Program Manager for large projects/programs/activities. As the manager, the Incumbent directs, assigns, and evaluates work of subordinates that serve in support of advancing corporate strategies to attract and recruit highly quality candidates and students for FAA employment opportunities.
Duties
Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge of the work directed, which involves a technical aspects of corporate strategies to attract and recruit highly quality candidates and students for FAA employment opportunities. Applies a detailed knowledge of budget, human resource, and other administrative policies, procedures and processes, and a detailed understanding of the objectives of the program. Assignments frequently require knowledge and experience working across functional and/or organizational lines. Typical assignments include the following:

- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, FG/GS-12 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized Experience-Experience providing advice and guidance to customers, management, and staff on the development of marketing and recruitment strategies and projects;Experience determining the effectiveness of the campaign activities for internal and external recruitment fairs/events;-Experience coordinating internship and student programs;-Experience applying human resources policies, and equal employment opportunity and affirmative employment practices;-Experience executing recruitment strategies for internal and external events, such as, recruitment fairs, work groups, and professional symposiums.·You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
