You will serve as a FM&S Product Line Coordinator in the Public Works Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. Duties

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will review performance metrics on recurring basis to ensure that quality products and services are delivered and that Regional ?levels of service? standards are met. You will oversee the overall planning, direction and timely delivery of numerous products and services within the Product Line (PL). You will monitor both project and program execution and manage established schedules and goals. You will exercise discretionary authority to approve the formulation and execution of the Facility Management and Sustainment Product Line budget. You will brief managers, commanding officers, senior officers/civilians of the various commands, commercial companies conducting FM - S business.

• This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
• May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Facilities Management, coordination of Product Line, budget execution, AND managing human resources.
