Duties
Leads coordination and planning stakeholder engagement activities that are essential to the success of the program.
Fosters relationships with engagement partners and stakeholders to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration.
Provides analytical expertise to ensure effective and efficient stakeholder engagement, program operations, and resource utilization.
Plans, manages, and executes complex assignments in a recognized administrative field essential to the accomplishment of operating unit goals.
Independently plans, coordinates, and performs a recognized administrative function.
Analyzes program/process effectiveness and recommends changes on policies, processes, and/or resources that affect program objectives.
Uses initiative and resourcefulness in deviating from traditional methods.
Options, recommendations, and conclusions developed take into account and give appropriate weight to uncertainties about the data and other variables which affect long-range program performance.
Manages deadlines, review processes, ensuring program tasks are completed on schedule, and within budget.
Works independently and as part of a team to define and achieve critical mission objectives.

- Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification is required.

Qualifications
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level (ZA-II at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience with program management, project or event coordination, partner and stakeholder engagement, and communication. Knowledge of organization mission, functions, goals and objectives; ability to apply the methods, precedents, and guidelines of an administrative or program unit; and ability to effectively communicate specialized information orally and in writing in an effort to influence and motivate. Knowledge of, and skill in applying a wide range of administrative concepts, laws, policies, practices, analytical, and diagnostic methods and techniques sufficient to solve a range of moderately complex, interrelated problems and issues. Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnering, and coordination at the C-suite level. Ability to develop professional talks, tours, and presentations for use across multiple mediums and target audiences. Applicant's experience should reflect a broad knowledge of outreach and communications as well as demonstrate the ability to apply process development and/or improvement techniques.
IN ADDITION - Applicants MUST possess Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
