You will serve as a in the Pipe Shop (Code 960), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties

You will be responsible for coordinating work while assuring proper inter-trade and inter-shop coordination, high levels of quality assurance with timely yet orderly job completion. You will be responsible for providing on the job training for workers, correcting improper insulator work methods, ensuring assigned work procedures, such as TGI's, process instructions. You will be responsible for keeping the first line supervisor informed of the availability and need for adjusting allotted time for job projects and job exposure estimate changes.

• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
