You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will communicate training requirements, delivery methods, and completion instructions to all NASUP FLCJ users.
You will provide metrics and other training related reports/data call submissions as required.
You will review all program/course nomination packages for completeness prior to submission to FLCJ command leadership.
You will assist in all matters related to creating/ modifying/changing reactivating or terminating ERP user accounts on a limited basis.
You will apply analytical and evaluative?methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program?operations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Knowledge of training program principles, requirements, resources, and processes, to ensure the command's training program is compliant with requirements;
2) Knowledge in the preparation of implementing procedures and guidelines for use by external activities/external ERP users.
3) Knowledge of wide ranges of program management policies and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvements in program operations.
4) Knowledge of multiple training and personnel systems, and how they interact with one another.
