About the Position: Serves as Course Director and Instructor of a logistics course to prepare military and civilian personnel to serve across diverse logistics disciplines in the areas of tactical, theater, strategic/national operations and joint logistics enterprise that are essential for the mission of the Army.
Duties
Administer test control program to ensure accountability, security of test materials, and appropriate test disposal.
Align course content to identified competencies at defined proficiency levels.
Develop training or education products with other stakeholders and supporting organizations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning, developing, and reviewing requirements for new sustainment systems and required training materials in the field of logistics product development; reviewing training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
