Join the Team! This position is located in the Office of Financial Management, Planning and Evaluation (EXFM), U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). EXFM is responsible for developing, operating, and improving the CPSC budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and internal EXFM controls. The Office is also responsible for agency risk management assessments to evaluate agency-wide programs.

Qualifications
All applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
GS-14: 1) Analyzing and evaluating major administrative aspects of substantive, mission-oriented programs; 2) administering a Risk Assessment program; 3) developing new methods to resolve major administrative problems or plans; and 4) developing policies and procedures regarding program management and customer service in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Evidence of the above specialized experience must be supported by detailed documentation of duties performed in positions held. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
