Specialized Experience: Have at least 1 (one) year as a GS-0343-9? *must submit SF50* OR have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Must possess 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
