Qualifications

General Experience: Skilled in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; Knowledgeable of applicable laws, directives, regulations, policies, and procedures; Ability to clearly enunciate English without impediment of speech that would interfere or prohibit effective communications; Skilled interpersonal communications, empathy, and effective listening; Ability to write English in reports and presentation formats; Ability to communicate -orally and in writing- clearly and effectively; Ability to organize thoughts, research materials, and manage case projects; and Skilled in comprehending and interpreting directives and laws. Demonstrated ability to prepare verbal/written reports and briefings. Specialized Experience: Defined as specified experiences that prepared the applicant to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities, with the required competency level, as defined by the applicable position description. Each applicant must have the education and validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade for dual status technician appointment to one of the six Series GS-1801 program positions with its applicable career level, as cited on pages two and three. Applicants must have the experiences, education, or training that demonstrates the ability to follow directions, to read, understand, and retain a variety of instructions, regulations, policies and procedures. Applicants must demonstrate the ability or have endorsements that indicate the ability to perform and learn the cited duties.

Education

Must possess a CCAF degree, or civilian equivalent, in primary AFSC and be current in all Professional Military Education commensurate with current grade.
