You will serve as a INSTALLATION PLANS,PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) INSTALLATION of NAVAL AIR STATION.

Duties

You will oversee the revision of long range plans, goals and objectives for the work of an organization. You will adapt departmental policies or procedures to establish methods of operation. You will develop policy or process change recommendations derived from analysis of performance measures. You will create strategic plans to meet long term goals. You will analyze budget, staffing resources and organization structure to determine the most efficient procedure for integrating these resources. You will apply statistical techniques to evaluate organization's productivity.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short and long range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower and personnel readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement and drive innovative solutions; and 4) Appling fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis, including statistical analysis measurements to conduct studies.
