You will serve as the DIRECTOR OF COMMAND REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS for SUPERVISOR OF SHIPBUILDING GROTON.
Duties
You will be responsible for ensuring timely performance of Command directed inspections, investigations, inquiries, and reviews.
You will document findings, efficiently summarize oral interviews, and prepare executive summaries and reports for internal reviews, inspections, and investigations that are technically sufficient and comply with established policy.
You will conduct pre-inspection planning and analysis, oversee onsite inspections, and review overall inspection results, and execute inspection plans.
You will interpret review and evaluation findings and formulate constructive recommendations.
You will participate in inspection entrance and exit briefings with Commanders, Directors, and senior management officials.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Hotline Investigator Certification.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Command Evaluator Certification.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading investigative or inspection functions (e.g., gathering, processing, analyzing, preparing investigative or inspection reports, researching information, or interpreting policies) to ensure enforcement and compliance with established directives, regulations, laws, and operational standards.
