Duties

Documents real property assets in compliance with regulatory references, reviewing and entering pertinent and out grant real estate information into systems of record. Ensures all changes to real property assets, resulting from the physical inventory, are entered into the official Accountable Property System of Record. Prepares DA Form 337-?Request for Approval of Disposal of Buildings and Improvements?, and applicable supporting documents according to applicable regulatory authorities Interprets real estate agreements and regulations to identify real property maintenance responsibilities for customers. Prepares/reviews reports of excess or DA Forms 337 and prepares justification for planned excess actions including demolition, transfer of ownership, sale, exchange. Identifies land, buildings and facility changes for the purpose of annotating maps of installation property. Reviews maps of installation property to determine those that should be annotate (e.g., for easements, grants, etc.) Identifies planned real property changes from maps of installation property to assure their accuracy... Reviews/validates the map updating work for technical adequacy

Preparing or reviewing the Installation Commander's Annual Real Property Utilization Survey. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and/or experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
