You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ASSISTANT in the Naval Oceanographic Office of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

Duties

You will assist with travel arrangements, approval, and documentation. You will provide clerical support for scientific survey teams and related operations. You will attend meetings and communicate information to management.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience processing passports/visas, and travel orders by reviewing documentation necessary for personnel travel; Experience assisting surveyors on passport related documentation following travel management policies and guidelines regarding survey travel; Experience performing clerical duties including preparing overtime requests, budgeting and/or operational guidelines regarding travel.
