About the Position: This position is located at McDonald Army Health Center in Newport News, Virginia.

Duties

Assist customers in identifying requirements resulting from life cycle replacements, upgrades, new missions, and technology obsolescence. Establish, monitor, and evaluate procedures for processing equipment request. Establish and implement methodology to monitor performance and makes adjustment in procedures. Conduct periodic review of equipment density list to maintain a 5-year equipment replacement program. Monitor Operation and Maintenance Defense (OMD) funds by tracking expenditures and accounting. Analyze output errors and recommends correct action. Maintain a document register and a suspense file on all items ordered through the various channels and with government credit card.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
