This position is located in the Bureaus of European and Eurasian Affairs and International Organization Affairs, Office of the Executive Director, Human Resources Division (EUR‑IO/EX/HR). The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the awards program for EUR, IO, and other client organizations, carrying out a variety of analytical and reporting projects to ensure optimal programmatic effectiveness, and overseeing the Division’s SharePoint site.
Duties
1. Manages, organizes, evaluates and publicizes the EUR, IO, and client organizations’ incentives and awards programs for Foreign Service (FS), and Civil Service (CS), employees.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Experience monitoring and reviewing Department wide awards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure program effectiveness.
2. Experience analyzing and interpreting data to prepare final evaluation reports.
3. Experience maintaining and updating a SharePoint site to ensure data is accessible, current, and accurate.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
