About the position: This position will be assigned to the Bowling Alley on McConnell AFB .
Duties
Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of bowling center control counter and bowling lanes. Assignments include a wide variety of tasks such as those described. Ensures bowling lanes and control counter are set up and operational during shift. Provides information about programs and events happening within the bowling operation of the facility. Issues lanes and rental shoes. Issues rental ball storage lockers and records information in computer. Receives all fees related to the bowling program including rental shoes, lineage fees, ball storage locker fees and unit function fees. Uses PA system to make announcements and call backs to maintenance personnel when malfunctions occur with bowling equipment. Monitors concourse and bowlers area assisting the duty manager with crowd control and maximizing the use of all bowling lanes. Assists management by receiving and satisfying customer comments when possible. Answers the telephone and provides information to callers as required. Performs other related duties as assigned/directed.

Qualifying Experience:
Example of Qualifying Experience: Experience in a bowling facility which provided a basic knowledge of bowling operations, programs, procedures, and rules is desirable. Knowledge of cash controls desirable. Must have a neat and clean appearance and have a clear speaking voice. Must be able to learn new procedures and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.Condition(s) of Employment: Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).

Education
