You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (INFOSYS/MIL)
in the Installation Personnel Administration Center of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.
Duties
You will be the main point of contact on all management information system issues; conduct coordination and communication.
You will provide guidance and data management expertise to a wide variety of clerks, technicians, supervisors, and customers.
You will provide technical automated data retrieval support for the units located in San Diego.
You will develop solutions and corrective procedures; provide guidance, interpretation, training and /or briefing on current and proposed policies for assigned military personnel, individuals, managers and key officials.
You will coordinate with the Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC), and SharePoint site to support customers of the organization.
You will perform program analysis on all personnel administrative systems.
You will develop and design a training curriculum for areas related to various personnel administrative (system and programs) for IPAC administrators based on correct procedures and system requirements.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing program and data analysis, systems Integration (SI), and application support dealing with administration of general, legal, manpower, personnel and pay information reported into the Organization.
