You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND, MARINE CORPS COMMUNICATION- ELECTRONICS SCHOOL (MCCES) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

Duties

You will provide customer service to ensure lines of communication are clear and concise when dealing with security issues within the command. You will provide appropriate responses or instructions pertaining to security needs. You will produce required formal written correspondence within the command. You will consider program plans, applicable policies, regulation and procedures, and alternative methods of implementing and monitoring security requirements. You will identify and analyze relationships among organizational needs and objectives, costs, requirements of security guides, and related information in reports.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, coordinating, and maintaining the execution of security administration; including the functional areas of personnel, information, communications, and customer service. A master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

LL.B. or J.D., if related
