Position may be filled as a temporary promotion or temporary reassignment not to exceed 2 years by a current permanent Army Employee. Temporary promotions or reassignments may be extended up to a maximum of five years, and may be made permanent without further competition. Position may be filled as a TERM appointment not to exceed 2 years, if candidate is NOT a current permanent Army employee. TERM appointments may be extended up to a maximum of eight years.

Duties

Provide advice and technical guidance on performance management, in and out-processing, civilian honorary awards and incentive awards processing. Provide advice and assistance in the resolution of Civilian payroll and ATAAPS issues. Use automation software to include word processing, graphics, and database management to support office activities. Access, organize and distribute information in support of mission requirements.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
