Duties
Serves as the subject matter expert in the acquisition area to plan for lifecycle equipment refresh and future enhancements of current capabilities in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency?s critical support of warfighters.
Visually monitors personnel in carrying out services to assess compliance with standards prescribed for customer service, numbers and types of items used, and installation and maintenance of those items.
Executes all required engravings using both laser and rotary engraving hardware.
Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR).
Maintains a high level of attention to detail through the production of elements for exhibit and event displays including but not limited to large-format printing, cutting, adhering, mounting, and grommeting.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-11within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as experience applying theories, practices, and techniques, of color management and quality control, and the legal and procedural requirements of print production for a wide variety of print formats and preparing prints for display and distribution.

Education
Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- journalism, business administration, English composition, commerce, accounting, printing or printing engineering, graphic or commercial art, industrial engineering, or economics.
