To meet the screen out elements, applicants should document experience in the following: conduct inspections of electrical equipment, use test equipment to diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot to determine cause of malfunction, and complete repairs of electrical equipment using hand and power tools. Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (Screen-out Element)Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Theory of ElectronicsTrouble shooting (Electronic Equipment)Use of Test Equipment: Electronics Physical effort: Must be able to stand for long periods of time; or endure recurring activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching. Exposed to potentially high voltage, aircraft rotors, RF and IR radiation and high intensity noises. Fumes, solvents, dirt, dust, grease, and oil are normally present. Danger of the possibility of cuts, burns, shocks, strains, falls, and eye or skin irritations is possible.
