You will serve as a Career Path Counselor in the PSNS & IMF, Production Resources Department, Code 900 of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will provide individualized confidential career guidance counseling (e.g. assess interests/Skills, identify career goals, create career plans, explore career paths) for all employees at PSNS and IMF.
You will be responsible for assisting in the research and development of training or education materials in response to assessed development needs.
You will be responsible for administrative duties including scheduling and tracking employee meetings, keeping records of employee interactions, plans and interests for follow-up and development progression.
You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the career path program operations in meeting employee developmental needs.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies to identify issues affecting the workforce development program, professional or personal training programs to develop improvements that efficiently meets the employees developmental needs.

Education
Master's or equivalent graduate degree

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
