About the position: This position is located at the Auto Skills Center on FE Warren AFB, Wyoming.
This position is considered Flexible with a guarantee of zero hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. You may be required to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Not eligible for leave or benefits.
The starting pay for this position is set by Federal pay setting regulations at $15.00 per hour.
Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for upholding customer service by always operating and maintaining the Auto Skills Center Front Desk in an orderly manner
Checks all outgoing and incoming equipment/tools to ensure operationally and general condition
Notifies supervisor of any damage noted on equipment.
Prepares receipts and documentation on pre-checkout briefings
Arranges equipment/tools in displays and returns used equipment to specified storage areas
Computes rental fees from data on receipt and appropriate fee schedules
Collects and accounts for cash receipts
Prepares daily cashier reports and deposits
Performs on the spot minor maintenance of facility

Qualifying Experience:
No specific experience is required
Practical knowledge and basic understanding of metric and standard tools, computer databases, and the ability to safeguard and handle cash are desirable
Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings and weekends.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
