The position is located in the Visitor Engagement Office (VEO) within the Center for Learning, Literacy and Engagement (CLLE), Office of the Librarian, Library of Congress.

Duties
The VEO serves VIP, official, professional, special, and general visitors who come to the Library, and ensures quality and accessible visitor engagement; wayfinding services and other public offerings; and public events and administration.
Qualifications
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to plan, organize and conduct official, public, and specialized visits and tours.**
Ability to provide customer support services.**
Ability to present information orally through briefings and other presentations.**
Ability to communicate in writing.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
