You will serve as a ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (OA) in the College of Distance Education (CDE) of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
GS-07 pay table = $52-527 to $68,285
GS-06 pay table = $47,270 to $61,447
Duties
You will be managing the add/drop function of enrollment and complete all daily reports, in the absence of the NCS Online Program Manager.
You will oversee the clerical distribution of assignments for three (3) NCS Administrative Assistants.
You will act as Post-graduation POC for all student documentation issues and for handling all customer service requests.

Qualifications
For GS-07
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative support functions associated with planning, coordinating, organizing and management of an academic program; 2) Managing requests to add or drop courses; 3) Receiving and resolving issues and discrepancies with student documentation; and 4) Maintaining administrative course materials to fulfill curriculum requirements.
For GS-06
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing administrative support for an academic program; 2) Reviewing, editing, and distributing academic program materials; and 3) Maintaining records and course materials.
