Duties
You will receive calls, greet visitors, and direct calls or visitors to appropriate staff person.
You will coordinate, organize and arrange individual requests for travel and training.
You will review daily, weekly, monthly financial report to correct erroneous input.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Operating office automation equipment and systems (e.g., typewriter, printer, software, etc.) in order to create reports, records and data entry; 2) Composing correspondences and messages while checking punctuation and grammar; 3) Communicating effectively with all levels of personnel and customers orally and in writing; and 4) Performing administrative duties to support office functions such as timekeeping, purchasing office supplies, answering phones and maintaining files.

Education
The following education can be substituted for specialized experience:
Successful completion of 4 years above high school
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
