Duties

The position is in the End User Support Section of the Information Technology End User Services Division, Information Technology Partner Engagement, within the Office of the Chief information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent reports to the section head.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Knowledge and experience managing complex professional audio technologies. ** Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and analysis. ** Knowledge of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products and components. Ability to provide customer support services. Knowledge and experience managing workstation configuration lifecycle management. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
