About the position: This position will be assigned to the Trails End Event Club at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This position is considered Flexible. Guaranteed zero hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. You may be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. Not eligible for leave or benefits. The starting pay for this position is set by Federal pay setting regulations at $18.44 per hour.

Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operates a full service bar Mixes and serves all types of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks to order, following a variety of established recipes Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks Delivers drinks to bar waiters, or serves directly to patrons Receives payments or charges to member's account as appropriate Washes glasses and other bar equipment Physical Effort: Requires frequent light to moderate pushing and pulling objects weighing 10-20 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale; including knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters, fruit, and the ability to mix exotic drinks Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages Must be able to follow cash handling procedures

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
