Duties

Work under general supervision of the bowling facility manager. Assists the Bowling Equipment Repairer in making repairs, adjusting equipment and related duties. Performs routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical bowling equipment, components and assemblies. Adjusts equipment in accordance with guidance provided by and identifies potential malfunctions to the Bowling Equipment Repairer. Cleans and maintains the bowling facility by replacing light bulbs, making minor equipment repairs, scrubbing, washing, polishing floors, walls and other surfaces. Assist in stocking, inventory, and related duties in the bowling facility. Recognize and report malfunctions. Performs routine duties without directions.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
  • Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are candidates must: Be able to lift and carry large items weighing up to 100 pounds. Possess work experience or training in the use of electrical test equipment and wiring diagrams. Be physically able to work for extended periods of time in cramped and awkward positions. Qualifying prior work experience must be clearly described within your resume. Failure to clearly describe all qualifying work experience within your resume, may result in an ineligible rating or may affect your overall vetting process.
