About the Position: Program Managers at USACE, manage programming and budgeting processes for a broad Civil Works program with multiple projects simultaneously and at different organizational levels. Provide technical and budgeting advise to stakeholders on program policy, funding, cost sharing and project scheduling ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and execution of budget packages. Provide direction and assign work based on schedules and priorities.

Duties

Provide technical and budgeting advise to stakeholders including higher level representatives on Civil Works program policy, funding, cost sharing and project scheduling to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and execution of budget package information to assure compliance and consistency with program criteria. Provide direction and assign work to others based on work schedules and priorities.
