About the Position: Serves as a Logistics Management Specialist, US Army Materiel Command Logistics Data Analysis Center, Equipping Branch, Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Duties
Provide logistical management functional/technical assistance to Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) users and source date providers.
Serve as senior logistics management specialist and process manager executing functional management responsibilities for related applications and associated data sets in the AESIP Portal/SABRE/Vantage.
Research and analysis complex systemic problems/issues developing solutions by exchanging information with functional and program specialists and/or commands, activities, and units.
Recommend policy guidance for the organization as related to Army equipping processes and metrics on higher echelon guidance, program requirements, relationships with other organizations, and programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
- Will be required to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance..
