About the Position: Serves as on-site Program Analyst in the support of the Programs and Project Management Division staff tasked with the management and oversight of complex projects in a regional multi-million-dollar program for Task Force Virgin Islands Puerto Rico (TF VIPR). This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida or San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Duties

Manages the overall implementation, application, and improvement of the P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling system in the Jacksonville District. Leads internal P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling teams, coordinating system changes, documentation of district procedures, and protocols related to P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling. As the administrator of the P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling system, the incumbent serves as the principal liaison between the external P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling community and the District. Schedules and conducts or coordinates training classes within the District on the operation of the P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling system. Exercises control and surveillance over the use of system to assure efficient and effective attainment of stated program objectives.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading internal P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling team, coordinating system changes, improvements and problems, coordinating process changes, documentation of Organization procedures and protocols related to P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling (and integrated systems), preparation of yearly P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling work plan, coordination of integration of P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling and other Organization systems, assistance to Organization in data extraction/report preparation, provide input to COR for P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling contractor support, provides P2 P3e Primavera Scheduling assistance to Organization staff as requested. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
