This position is located in the Experience Management Staff Office (XMO),Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Experience Management Staff Office (XMO) manages the experience for customers (employees and contractors within the Agency) who receive products and services from the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) .
Duties
The XMO is a start-up organization within the OCIO committed to enabling simple and seamless experience with IT products and services to every customer. The Experience Designer reports to the XMO Manager and will lead customer experience projects (XMO refers to these projects as ‘experience engagements’) that facilitate OCIO action from customer insights. The incumbent serves as the lead on Experience Engagement.
