Duties

Conducts in-depth of facts and circumstances incidents of property damage and/or personal injury/wrongful death resulting in administrative claims filed. Coordinates with military law enforcement agencies as needed to obtain pertinent official records. Conducts on site visits as needed to investigate claims. Prepares detailed claims and litigations reports.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

You must possess nne year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level which includes conducting or supervising the investigation and adjudication of the claims prior to submission to the claims approving authority, corresponding with claimants regarding claims.
