About the Position: This position is located at: United States Military Entrance Processing Command, Milwaukee Military Entrance Processing Station, Milwaukee, WI. Description of the Working Environment: Work is performed in a clinical setting.

Duties

In process applicants to verify their identity using previously captured biometrics (digital fingerprints and photographs). Instruct applicants on test procedures. Assist applicants on completion of a variety of forms required for physical examination. Review unique medical forms for proper format, coding, and completion. Perform phlebotomy procedures to obtain blood samples for HIV and other laboratory tests. Conduct medical orientation to enter data. Track and maintain medical assessment data. Manage medical consultations to include verifying doctor's orders. Prepare Drug and Alcohol Test (DAT) control logs and obtain control log signatures. Quality check chain of custody documents ensuring no information is missing or in error. Prepare packages and ship specimens to testing laboratory. Maintain applicant's medical records during the examination process and personally identifiable information (PII).
