Duties
You will use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutter, soldering irons, and a wide variety of test equipment, including test lamps, voltage recording meters, meggers, watt meters, ohmeters, and ammeters
You will perform maintenance, disassemble or assemble connections on all de-energized equipment.
You will repair and rewind motors, coils, transformers, generators and similar components of industrial equipment.
You will measure, cut threads, bend, assemble and install conduits, inserting, splicing and connecting wires to fixtures, outlets, switches, receptacles and power source
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes
continuously for the duration of the work shift
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to
travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
