Duties

Demonstrate master level of Federal real estate practices involving a variety of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Negotiate complex land acquisition and leasing actions in support of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Apply project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, and managing project resources and schedules both internal and external to the agency. Ensure information systems and records are maintained in accordance with the client agency guidance and regulation.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
• The duties of this position require travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
• Upon Supervisory notification, may be required to obtain a clearance level up to Top Secret/SCI with polygraph and background investigation. If the clearance level is TS/SCI, the employee will be required to enroll in the Drug Testing Program.
