Duties
Responsible for targeting areas that warrant independent assessment/evaluation based on risk assessments.
Orchestrates assessments of areas where risks are anticipated or known, to provide unique and independent, actionable findings to the program office and contractor(s).
Provides near real time customer notification of significant program events as they occur.
Follows up with the program office and/or contractors to ensure maximum performance improvements are realized from DCMA findings or recommendations.
Identifies and documents contract deficiencies early in the program life-cycle so that they can be corrected to minimize downstream impacts.
Organizes Program Support Team members duty assignments to assure overall mission accomplishment.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Program Analyst (Program Integrator/Support Program Integrator), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade, time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Analyzing and advising on contractor performance and operations;
Conducting audits, risk assessments, and/or technical studies;
Developing recommendations for corrections and compiling technical contract data;
Presenting findings and making recommendations to upper level management.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
