Duties
Perform all tasks safely.
Perform basic preventative maintenance on structures with minimal supervision.
Pick up supplies and materials using trucks, forklifts and hand trucks.
Assist higher graded staff on preservation projects.
Apply paints and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
Ability to perform the duties of this position without more than normal supervision. Those not demonstrating this ability will be disqualified. (SCREEN OUT)
Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.
Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading)
Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment.
Knowledge of materials.
Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic).
Use of Measuring Instruments.
