This position is located at Fort Huachuca MWR Arts & Crafts Center. This is a flexible position (0 - 40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

Must be able to promote and deliver the fine arts program of the Arts and Crafts Center to MWR patrons from young children to adults. Required to teach classes within the Arts and Crafts Program, as well as organize and hold Sip and Create events. Must be willing to circulate amongst customers to assure service is satisfactory, as well as receive and resolve customer complaints, and provide information and instructions on how to use equipment specific to the Arts and Crafts Center. Required to plan, conduct, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, and related functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able and willing to work Tuesday through Saturday, days and evenings, with occasional nights for special events/customer classes.
• Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
