SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 or equivalent in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Demonstrating skill in and the ability to perform regulatory compliance inspections and field compliance oversight; the knowledge and ability to supervise operations at nuclear propulsion plants; demonstrated ability to serve in leadership positions at an organizational headquarters staff or in a field office; and the ability to develop high performing individuals. Time-In-Grade/Pay Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks at a GS-14 level or equivalent. The grade/pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade/pay band, as required by the announcement.
