Duties
You will serve as Intermediate-level (03) IT Specialist assigned to technical projects at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific.
You will perform analytical and project management functions related to the execution of
IT license acquisition management and provide software/hardware license data analysis and reporting.
You will manage team resources to consult with customers to refine functional requirements and translate functional requirements into technical specifications + to contribute to a variety of IT acquisition, business and policy efforts.
You will apply oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel internally at the project level and externally at the peer level.
You will perform work that involves developing, delivering or supporting Information Technology (IT) systems and services.
You will work with others to provide technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to other technical specialists on critical IT issues.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 801 / Program Manager / Acquisition and Program/Project Management Intermed/Journeyman within 12 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
NO-03:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing assistance in software/hardware license data analysis and/or analytical functions related to the execution of IT license acquisition management.
