You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Transformation Program Office of the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR).

Duties
You will champion the Knowledge Management (KM) process.
You will improve knowledge sharing, actionable knowledge, specialized training, mutual understanding and collaborative decision-making.
You will develop and implement policy and program guidance governing the implementation and execution of KM initiatives at OCHR Operations in concert with other DOD and Department of Navy (DON) initiatives.
You will determine differences between the types of knowledge, how it will be structured, shared, controlled and made easily accessible for OCHR staff.
You will develop Operations policy that states all regulations and policies are captured in one document to demonstrate the interaction between the regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Updating and organizing Human Resources Staffing regulations and the impacts to current business processes.
