This position is located in Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Management Services, Financial Services Directorate. This Directorate provides a wide array of critical business, financial, and contracts support services for the Air Traffic Organization.

Duties

The Management Analyst uses experience and comprehensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess management operations and program efficiencies. Performs distribution allowances and execution activities. Serves as the Headquarters liaison between Service Areas and other ATO Resource Management Groups. Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of the Team Manager or more experienced professional. This affects the daily operations of assigned Service Units.

• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, FG/GS-12 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized Experience is define as:Experience analyzing financial data and trends to ensure compliance with applicable policies.Experience interpreting and applying budgetary policies and procedures to monitor expenditures.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
