Position is within the ATO, Mission Support Services, Eastern Service Center, Operations Support Group (OSG), AJV-E240. The position is the service area management point-of-contact for all Performance Based Navigation (PBN) projects where a Service Enter Lead/Co-Lead is required.

Duties

Serves as the Service Center Program Manager and is the primary technical expert for Performance Based Navigation (BPN) airspace projects. Collaborates with labor counterpart(s) as the management representative to lead PBN projects. Manages development and implementation of Performance Based Navigation (PBN) projects within the Service Area.

This experience must have provided a comprehensive knowledge of appropriate air traffic control laws, rules and regulations. Creditable experience must have equipped applicants with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the full range of duties of the position for which application is being made.To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I / FG/GS-13.
