About the Position: This position is with the 99th Readiness Division, Facility Plans EN, Division, Department of Public Works, Fort Dix, NJ.

Duties

Provide long-range planning, program direction, coordination, and evaluation of acquisition, utilization, asset management and disposal of real estate. Review and provide technical advice and guidance to all aspects of realty projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and policies. Execute the Army Reserve real estate and real property program and implement real estate and real property policy guidance. Draft correspondence, information papers, point papers, and provide management recommendations associated with planning real estate actions. Organize information to coordinate, plan, and report acquisitions by purchase, lease, condemnation, exchange, property disposal, survey locations, and inspections.
