This position is located at Price Fitness Center on the Presidio of Monterey. This position has been approved as an exception to the Dual Compensation policy. In addition to being open to the public, regular full-time, part- time and intermittent current Appropriated and Nonappropriated Funds employees are eligible to apply. Incumbent must be able to work varied shifts to include early mornings, late evenings and weekends. This is a flexible position which does not offer benefits.

Duties

In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to ensure service is satisfactory. Receives and resolves customer complaints Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment using Point of Sale (POS) system; provides safety instruction, demonstrates new equipment. Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
