This position is located at the Executive Support Facility (ESF), White House President's Park. The incumbent is directly accountable to the Division Chief, Executive Support Facility for all activities, operations, and assignments.
Duties
Supervision of 5 Motor Vehicle Operators assigned to assist in the storage, handling, and transportation of the White House Museum Collection, and the White House utilitarian supplies and materials.
Directs Team in the placement of all property within the warehouse and is responsible for maintaining up-to-date locations for all accountable property inventories.
Responsible for coordinating the transportation support for all operational units within the Program, including directing employees on how to properly load, and secure and transport valuable and delicate items.
Understanding the unique nature of the museum collection and exercise care when handling, moving, and transporting museum collection objects.
