The Smithsonian Institution is the world’s largest museum, education, and research complex, with 21 museums and the National Zoo. The position is located in Smithsonian Institution’s Office of Smithsonian Facilities (SF), Office of Facilities Management and Reliability (OFMR).  The incumbent will serve under the general supervision of the Craft Shop Supervisor and is responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning, directing, and monitoring the operations of a zone Crafts Shop.
